When filtering, sorting, or showing empties in a query, you will see a Query Info caption on the canvas that describes the effect of the action on the query. You can show or hide these captions, without removing the functions from the query.

Hiding the Query Info Caption
Toggle the Hide Query Info button from the Design ribbon to show or hide the query info captions.
